1. Who is responsible for your data
Dr. Jhon Jairo Galvis Bermúdez, an individual with an address at Blvd. Jardín de las Rosas 20, El Rosedal, Coyoacán, 04330, Mexico City, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

2. What data we collect
- Identification and contact: name, age, phone, WhatsApp, email and address.
- Data for your care: your insurer and policy details, billing information.
- Health data (sensitive data): reason for visit, medical history, imaging and lab studies, diagnosis and treatment.
- Browsing data: device and browser type, pages you visit, time on site and approximate location.
Your health data is handled in strict confidence, only with your express consent, which you give when you book or attend a visit, and in accordance with medical records regulations.
3. How we use your data
Essential purposes
- To book, confirm and remind you of your appointments.
- To provide medical care and create and safeguard your medical record.
- To handle paperwork with your insurer, hospitals and labs.
- To issue invoices and follow up on your treatment.
- To answer your messages via WhatsApp, phone or the site's forms.
Additional purposes
- To send you health information, tips and news from the office.
- To show you relevant ads about our services on other platforms.
- To improve the site, our content and our patients' experience.
- To prepare statistics and satisfaction surveys.
If you don't want us to use your data for the additional purposes, email us at jhongalvis1211@gmail.com. This does not affect your medical care.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working well, remember your preferences (such as language), learn which content is most useful and show you relevant ads about our services.

5. Who we share your data with
We only share what's needed for your care: with your insurer and the hospitals, labs and imaging centers involved in your treatment; with platforms we use to schedule and communicate with you (such as Doctoralia and WhatsApp); and with authorities when required by law. These transfers don't require your consent when they're necessary for your medical care or provided for by law.
6. Your ARCO rights
You can access your data, correct it if it's inaccurate, request its deletion or object to its use for specific purposes. You can also withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data.
